• Resorts and Available Travel Dates are Subject to Availability
• Peak travel seasons and holidays will have less availability. Holidays include Semana Santa, Christmas, and New Year's weeks.
• No specific resort or destination is guaranteed until booked.
• Upgrades are available at additional cost.
• Destinations Include: Riviera Maya, Acapulco, Nuevo Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta, & Puerto Peñasco.
• Winners have 12 months from the purchase date to confirm their reservation and up to 18 months from the purchase date to travel.
• The Voucher may only be redeemed only for travel by two adults ("Couples"). All adults must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid U.S. or Canadian Address & Passport
• No Group Bookings
• Limit 1 Voucher and activation per household within a 12-month period. 
• Redeemer is responsible for any local taxes and fees and may be charged at check-in or check-out.
• The Voucher is valid for one reservation and cannot be redeemed in segments (e.g. a 2-night reservation and a 5-night reservation).
• Upgrades may be available for larger accommodations, subject to availability. Additional costs may apply. 
• All activation, upgrade, and other purchases, if any, are non-refundable.
• Only lodging accommodations are included; the Voucher does not include taxes, flights, transportation, resort fees, mandatory or optional all-inclusive fees, recreation use fees, alcohol, meals, or other incidentals.
• Any additional fees are at the resort's discretion and are the sole responsibility of the travelers. 
• $249 reservation fee will be charged at the time of booking. 
• At the time of booking, all travelers must agree to the terms of use, including limitations of liability, terms applicable to travel inside or outside the US, and release of fulfillment companies for any actual or potential loss that may arise from travel provided under this Voucher. Additional terms and conditions may apply for each independent resort or property. 
• Once a reservation is confirmed, no cancellations or travel date changes are allowed. Any payments or purchases are non-refundable. 
• This voucher has no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. The provider reserves the right to cancel or revoke this voucher at any time and for any reason at their sole discretion. 
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
