Sun-soaked beaches, mountain scenery, and the freedom to choose the perfect escape. The 4-Night Beach or Mountain Winners Choice gives travelers their choice of two distinct luxury getaways — a relaxing stay in Los Cabos, Mexico, or a mountain retreat in Deer Valley, Utah.

The experience includes four nights in spacious, upscale accommodations, with the destination selected by the traveler. Whether they prefer warm coastal surroundings and resort-style relaxation in Los Cabos or the alpine atmosphere and year-round beauty of Deer Valley, each option provides an exceptional setting for a memorable getaway.

Once the traveler information is submitted, the concierge team assists with the booking process, making it easy to select a destination, coordinate available travel dates, and look forward to the experience ahead.

Airfare and transportation are not included. A non-refundable $375 cleaning fee applies at booking. Accommodations and travel dates are subject to availability.

The Terms & Conditions and Important Information provided below apply to this experience and must be communicated accurately to the recipient prior to distribution or sale.

You are not required to use Engaged Good’s provided marketing or package materials; however, any materials you create must accurately reflect the experience details, inclusions, restrictions, fees, eligibility requirements, and other terms provided below. Terms may not be removed, altered, or represented in a way that changes the conditions of the experience.

Engaged Good is not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete representations made in client-created materials.

  • Stay: Includes a 4-night stay in the traveler’s choice of Los Cabos, Mexico, or Deer Valley, Utah.
  • Guests: Accommodations are valid for up to 6 guests, depending on the selected destination and available property.
  • Destination Choice: Travelers may select either the Los Cabos beach destination or the Deer Valley mountain destination. The package includes one destination only.
  • Adult Requirement: Adults must be at least 25 years old to book.
  • Booking & Travel: Booking and travel must take place by the Travel Date provided at the time of sale.
  • Availability: All accommodations and travel dates are subject to availability. No dates of travel are guaranteed until booked.
  • Accommodations: Guests are required to follow the rules, terms, and requirements of the specific property where they stay.
  • Comparable Accommodations: Comparable destinations or accommodations may be offered if the primary destination or property is not available.
  • Upgrades: Upgrades may be available at an additional charge.
  • Cleaning Fee: A non-refundable cleaning fee of $375 is required at booking.
  • Transportation: Airfare and any other necessary transportation are not included.
  • Transferability: The experience is non-transferable and has no cash value.
  • Acceptance of Terms: A completed booking constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Booking Process

Each experience has a specific booking and fulfillment process. Review the instructions below to understand how the recipient’s experience will be initiated, what information is required, and what to expect throughout the booking process.

Orders are submitted to Engaged Good by emailing hello@engagedgood.com. Recipient information is then submitted through the Fulfillment Reporting Tool on the Engaged Good website.

Upon receipt of payment and the recipient information, the concierge team will contact each recipient within 1–3 business days to begin the booking process.

From there, the concierge team works directly with the recipient throughout the process. The team handles booking-related questions, assists with available upgrades or add-ons when requested, and completes the booking on the recipient’s behalf.
