Stay: Includes 6 nights in Cortona, Italy.
Guests: Valid for 2 guests.
Accommodations: Includes a 1-bedroom private apartment located within the city walls of Cortona.
Wine Tasting: Includes a private wine tasting at a wine bar located in Cortona’s main square.
Dining Experience: Includes a cooking show followed by dinner at a local restaurant.
Cleaning & Utilities: Final cleaning and utilities are included.
Transportation: Transportation is not included. Transportation services may be arranged separately with the traveler at an additional cost.
Local Access: The included experiences are located within Cortona and are approximately a 5–10 minute walk from the accommodations.
Not Included: Airfare, transportation, tips, gratuities, and personal travel expenses are not included.

Booking Process

Each experience has a specific booking and fulfillment process. Review the instructions below to understand how the recipient’s experience will be initiated, what information is required, and what to expect throughout the booking process.

Orders are submitted to Engaged Good by emailing hello@engagedgood.com. Recipient information is then submitted through the Fulfillment Reporting Tool on the Engaged Good website.

Upon receipt of payment and the recipient information, the concierge team will contact each recipient within 1–3 business days to begin the booking process.

From there, the concierge team works directly with the recipient throughout the process. The team handles booking-related questions, assists with available upgrades or add-ons when requested, and completes the booking on the recipient’s behalf.
