Baseball, sunshine, and two unforgettable days at the ballpark. The MLB Spring Training Experience – 2 Games pairs a two-night stay in deluxe accommodations near the Spring Training destination of your choice with two lower-level tickets to each of two MLB Spring Training games.

Travelers can experience Spring Training in Arizona or Florida, getting closer to the action while enjoying the relaxed atmosphere that makes preseason baseball such a favorite tradition. The experience also includes daily breakfast and hotel taxes, creating an easy getaway built around America’s pastime.

Perfect for two guests, this is a concierge-assisted experience: once the traveler information is submitted, the concierge team works directly with the travelers to coordinate their accommodations and game tickets.

Airfare, transportation to and from the airport and hotel, and food and beverages beyond the included breakfast are the travelers’ responsibility.

You are not required to use Engaged Good’s provided marketing or package materials; however, any materials you create must accurately reflect the experience details, inclusions, restrictions, fees, eligibility requirements, and other terms provided below. Terms may not be removed, altered, or represented in a way that changes the conditions of the experience.

Engaged Good is not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete representations made in client-created materials.

  • Package: Valid for an MLB Spring Training Experience for 2 guests.
  • Duration: Includes 3 days / 2 nights of deluxe hotel accommodations near the Spring Training destination selected by the travelers.
  • Destinations: Available for MLB Spring Training in Arizona or Florida.
  • Game Tickets: Includes 2 lower-level tickets to each of 2 MLB Spring Training games.
  • Accommodations: Deluxe hotel accommodations are provided near the selected Spring Training destination. Properties are subject to availability and may be substituted with a similar property.
  • Breakfast & Hotel Taxes: Daily breakfast and hotel taxes are included.
  • Travel Window: All package inclusions must be used within 24 months of the date of issuance.
  • Advance Booking: All requests must be received at least 60 days prior to the desired event or travel date to ensure the greatest availability.
  • Availability: All accommodations, game tickets, dates, and package inclusions are subject to availability. Select blackout dates may apply.
  • Expiration: All experience inclusions must be completed by the expiration date specified on the certificate.
  • Transferability: The package is fully transferable.
  • Upgrades & Customization: Additional nights, guests, or upgrades may be available at the travelers’ expense.
  • Transportation: Airfare and transportation to and from the airport, hotel, games, or other activities are not included.
  • Meals & Beverages: Food and beverages beyond the included daily breakfast are not included.
  • Additional Expenses: Travelers are responsible for personal expenses and any other costs not specifically listed as included in the package.

Booking Process

Each experience has a specific booking and fulfillment process. Review the instructions below to understand how the recipient’s experience will be initiated, what information is required, and what to expect throughout the booking process.

Orders are submitted to Engaged Good by emailing hello@engagedgood.com. Recipient information is then submitted through the Fulfillment Reporting Tool on the Engaged Good website.

Upon receipt of payment and the recipient information, the concierge team will contact each recipient within 1–3 business days to begin the booking process.

From there, the concierge team works directly with the recipient throughout the process. The team handles booking-related questions, assists with available upgrades or add-ons when requested, and completes the booking on the recipient’s behalf.
