The Sedona Wine Tour Experience pairs seven nights in a spacious 1-bedroom resort accommodation with two memorable ways to explore the region’s wine country — the Bliss Wine Tour and Verde Valley Wine Tour, with two tickets to each.

Perfect for two guests, this is a true hands-off getaway: once the traveler information is submitted, the concierge team handles the booking details directly, making it easy to relax and look forward to the experience.

A $249 destination fee applies at booking; airfare, meals, and incidentals are the traveler’s responsibility.

The Terms & Conditions and Important Information provided below apply to this experience and must be communicated accurately to the recipient prior to distribution or sale.

You are not required to use Engaged Good’s provided marketing or package materials; however, any materials you create must accurately reflect the experience details, inclusions, restrictions, fees, eligibility requirements, and other terms provided below. Terms may not be removed, altered, or represented in a way that changes the conditions of the experience.

Engaged Good is not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete representations made in client-created materials.

  • Stay: 8 days / 7 nights
  • Travelers: Adults must be at least 21 years old.
  • Room Type: 1-Bedroom accommodation for up to 2 guests
  • Stay Requirement: All 7 nights must be used consecutively in a single reservation; the stay cannot be split across multiple reservations
  • Availability: All reservation requests are subject to availability and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Blackout Dates: Blackout dates may apply, including major U.S. holidays and other high-demand travel periods
  • Travel Window: Travel must be completed within 12 months of voucher issuance
  • Inclusions: 7 nights of accommodations, 2 tickets to the Bliss Wine Tour, and 2 tickets to the Verde Valley Wine Tour
  • Activities: Included activities are subject to availability, operating schedules, weather conditions, and any requirements or restrictions established by the activity provider
  • Not Included: Hotel/resort taxes and fees, meals, beverages, incidentals, airfare, transportation, and other travel-related expenses unless specifically stated as included
  • Destination Fee: A $249 destination fee is due at the time of booking
  • Guest Requirement: Primary guest must be at least 21 years old
  • Voucher Limit: One voucher per household within a 12-month period
  • Confirmed Reservations: Once confirmed, reservations are final
  • Transferability: Voucher may not be transferred or resold
  • Substitutions: Accommodations or included activities may be substituted with a comparable option of equal or greater value if the original experience is unavailable
  • Fair Market Value: $3,500.00

Booking Process

Each experience has a specific booking and fulfillment process. Review the instructions below to understand how the recipient’s experience will be initiated, what information is required, and what to expect throughout the booking process.

Orders are submitted to Engaged Good by emailing hello@engagedgood.com. Recipient information is then submitted through the Fulfillment Reporting Tool on the Engaged Good website.

Upon receipt of payment and the recipient information, the concierge team will contact each recipient within 1–3 business days to begin the booking process.

From there, the concierge team works directly with the recipient throughout the process. The team handles booking-related questions, assists with available upgrades or add-ons when requested, and completes the booking on the recipient’s behalf.
