Designed for gathering with family and friends, the residence features a gourmet kitchen, vaulted living and entertaining spaces with a fireplace, private hot tub, expansive decks and patios, mountain views, and a private garage with ski and snowboard storage. Whether the trip is centered around winter days on the mountain or a summer escape to Park City, Whitetail Lodge provides a comfortable home base for experiencing Deer Valley.

Perfect for groups of up to 10 guests, the experience includes concierge assistance with the booking process, allowing travelers to focus on looking forward to their mountain getaway.

A $375 non-refundable cleaning fee is paid by the redeemer at booking; airfare, transportation, meals, and other personal travel expenses are the travelers’ responsibility.

Stay: Includes a 3-night stay at Whitetail Lodge in Deer Valley, Utah.
Guests: Accommodations are valid for up to 10 guests.
Accommodations: Includes a 5-bedroom, 4 full and 1 half bath private luxury residence in Deer Valley, Utah.
Adult Requirement: Adults must be at least 25 years old to book.
Booking & Travel: Booking and travel must take place by the Travel Date provided at the time of sale.
Availability: All accommodations and travel dates are subject to availability. No dates of travel are guaranteed until booked.
Property Requirements: Guests are required to follow the rules, terms, and requirements of the property during their stay.
Comparable Accommodations: Comparable accommodations may be offered if Whitetail Lodge is not available.
Upgrades: Upgrades may be available at an additional charge.
Cleaning Fee: A non-refundable cleaning fee of $375 is required at booking and is paid by the redeemer.
Transportation: Airfare and any other necessary transportation are not included.
Transferability: The experience is non-transferable and has no cash value.
Acceptance of Terms: A completed booking constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Fair Market Value: $5,000.00

Booking Process

Each experience has a specific booking and fulfillment process. Review the instructions below to understand how the recipient’s experience will be initiated, what information is required, and what to expect throughout the booking process.

Orders are submitted to Engaged Good by emailing hello@engagedgood.com. Recipient information is then submitted through the Fulfillment Reporting Tool on the Engaged Good website.

Upon receipt of payment and the recipient information, the concierge team will contact each recipient within 1–3 business days to begin the booking process.

From there, the concierge team works directly with the recipient throughout the process. The team handles booking-related questions, assists with available upgrades or add-ons when requested, and completes the booking on the recipient’s behalf.
